Private pay

Appointments will ordinarily be 45-55 minutes in duration. The standard private pay rate is $125 per session. Is therapy worth it? While the price might seem high, consider the fact that you're making an investment that could help you to solve the issues you're dealing with and give you the tools you need to continue to make good choices in the future. According to psychiatry.org, about 75 percent of people who enter psychotherapy show some benefit from it. Psychotherapy has been shown to improve emotions and behaviors and to be linked with positive changes in the brain and body. The benefits also include fewer sick days, less disability, fewer medical problems, and increased work satisfaction.

Session frequency varies on each client’s needs. The scheduled appointments are assigned to you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, it is company policy for a client to provide a 24 hour notice in order to allow others the opportunity to utilize this time and avoid late cancel/no show appt fee. This fee is equivalent to your session rate. Ex: Mon 8am-Tues 8am. It is recommended you reschedule the missed appointment in order to avoid delays in your treatment process. In addition, you are responsible for coming to your session on time; if you are late, the standard session fee is unable to be prorated and your session will still need to end on time.
